As VP of Strategic Accounts, Mr. Lind’s responsibility encompasses oversight to negotiating and completing development projects in southern California. Mr. Lind truly has a passion and prowess for real estate development; more specifically, in finding opportunities to invest and improve his community. 

 

Mr. Lind has spent ten years in financial advising where he acted as a fiduciary to his clients. At his Fortune 100 financial institution, he was awarded the Presidents Club Citation recognizing him as a top 5% producing advisor four consecutive years. In 2010, Mr. Lind was the number one financial advisor for the Western Territory and was awarded the Sophomore of Year Award. Mr. Lind is a proud, three time recipient of the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation invitation, which is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the insurance and financial services business. Members are estimated as being in the top 4.5% of the entire industry nationwide. 

 

Earning a bachelors degree in Managerial Economics and Statistics from UC Davis, Mr. Lind was also a Division I collegiate athlete serving as captain of the men’s soccer team. Drawing on his financial experience, Mr. Lind embraces the opportunity to broaden his talents and expertise to the real estate development arena. Having grown up in Mission Viejo, CA himself, Mr. Lind is familiar with the market area and is proud to explore continued efforts to improve and benefit the surrounding communities. His father is a retired Colonel from the Marine Corps and his mother is a former nurse practitioner from the Navy. His parents were both stationed at El Toro Marine Base.

 

When not focused on building the firm, he spends his time with his wife, Emma.  He enjoys surfing and soccer. They currently live in Newport Beach, CA.
