Evan is a licensed architect, who has 15 years of experience working in practically every field of the architecture and construction industry. Prior to working with WJK Development, he served as a project manager for a general contractor, delivering several multifamily projects in the Los Angeles area.

 

He is currently the founder and lead designer of Stasis Design, a multidisciplinary design studio and consultancy specializing in multifamily residential architecture, interiors, and brand development.

Evan and the Stasis Design team bring their multifamily design expertise to WJK development as an architectural advisor to ground-up projects. Working closely with the development and construction team from acquisition to lease-up, Stasis helps WJK and their clients implement high-value, low-cost design enhancements that attract and retain a community of premium residents and drive premium returns and efficiencies.
