AS VP of structured finance, Mr. Kashani manages all aspects of project funding and investor relations to the firm. His involvement in community development proceeds from a strong desire to leverage his influence in a positive way and to actively create a safer world for the present generation to grow into.  

 

After working with Wells Fargo Investments, Mr. Kashani served as a Private Client Manager for Bank of America’s Premier Bank where he managed client relationships and assets in excess of $130 million. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ working for major firms, Bobby saw the need to provide clients with tangible opportunities outside the Wall Street establishment, and so formed what is now known as KS Capital Inc. 

 

Partnering with WJK development, KS Capital and Mr. Kashani originate funds and service a high quality residential private debt portfolio. Mr. Kashani’s expertise allows allows the company to target the most stable and affluent markets, which results in consistent above average returns for Investors and efficiencies in WJK’s portfolio.

 

Bobby graduated from California State Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in Finance and Financial Planning. Bobby holds FINRA licenses series 7 & 66, and California Insurance and Real Estate Brokers license through California Department of Real Estate. Bobby also holds the distinguished CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. He Resides in Laguna Niguel with his Wife and two daughters.
